This is something that I love to do because it's a treat that I know is healthy because I made it AND you can get creative.
You can use any kind of popsicle tray.
I like to use real fruit juice (if there's going to be any sweeteners, I'M going to add them) or yogurt and fresh or frozen fruit or pieces of fruit. Sometimes, dark chocolate or carob chips will make it in there as well.
If I sweeten anything, I usually use honey. If you do this, make sure you mix it in the yogurt or juice well BEFORE you freeze. Also, if you're layering fruit in juice, you sometimes have to let the juice freeze up a bit first and do it in stages.
