These are some things I found helpful when Harry was teething... - A cold, wet wash cloth
- Frozen breast milk in a mesh feeder
- Chamomile tea- in various forms; mixed with breast milk, in his bath AND the blossoms partially frozen in the teabag (I would use loose chamomile in a cloth teabag, after brewing tea or his bath, I'd just stick in the freezer for a little while or in the fridge overnight)
- Hyland's teething tablets

These were helpful enough, please let me add, wooden teething toys which are are of course a generations-old solution to teething pain. My personal experience with wooden toys for teething is that a baby’s preferences are truly dependent on age and stage of development.
