 Raw yogurt
« Thread Started on Aug 20, 2008, 7:13pm »

1 half gallon of raw milk
1/2 cup of your favorite plain yogurt

Slowly warm the milk to 110 degrees using a candy thermometer. Let cool down to about 95-100 degrees and add the yogurt and stir. Pour into 2 quart sized jars with lids and keep in a food dehydrator at 95 degrees for about 8 hours. I have some friends that wrap the jars in warm towels or use hot water bottles and keep them in a soft cooler overnight.
Store in the fridge and enjoy!
