These are some things I found helpful when Harry was teething...


  • A cold, wet wash cloth

  • Frozen breast milk in a mesh feeder

  • Chamomile tea- in various forms; mixed with breast milk, in his bath AND the blossoms partially frozen in the teabag (I would use loose chamomile in a cloth teabag, after brewing tea or his bath, I'd just stick in the freezer for a little while or in the fridge overnight)

  • Hyland's teething tablets
